Yishai Silber · Founder of Dignity
Born and schooled in South Africa, Yishai Silber has called Israel home for the past 27 years. He grew up with a simple understanding: family matters, your word means something, and every person deserves warmth and respect.
Those values are at the heart of Dignity. As a husband and father of two, Yishai understands the reassurance of knowing that someone you love is being looked after with care. He brings a gentle, empathetic manner and a straightforward, practical approach: listening carefully, asking the right questions, and helping things move forward.
After nearly three decades here, he knows the rhythm of Israeli life and the everyday complexities of its bureaucracy. Appointments, queues, unclear instructions: sometimes a little local knowledge and the patience to ask one more question can make the day easier. Yishai brings both, while taking the time to understand what matters to the person beside him.
His vision for Dignity is rooted in that same consideration: helping people continue doing the things that matter to them, with support that respects their independence. It means noticing the small details, offering help thoughtfully, and treating each passenger with the care he would want for his own family.
